Climate Psychology + Leadership Development

Eco Leadership Initiative combines personal leadership development with climate psychology. This means it’s not just about what people want to change but how to actually get them moving. We understand how resistance works, and more importantly, how you break through it. No standard leadership programs, but sustainable growth from within.

Masterclasses

Movement can start small. With an inspiring one-hour masterclass, we set something in motion—from a new conversation to a fresh perspective on old patterns. This can be off-the-shelf or fully customized.

“Staying balanced in a changing world”

During this Masterclass we pause to consider what impact all the major events of our time have on us. Whether it’s geopolitical unrest, climate change, or war. We take you through common (eco)emotions and of course how you can respond differently to them. We don’t just stop at identifying—we bring concrete tips you can start using tomorrow.

1-on-1 Guidance

Sometimes change requires personal attention. In our individual guidance, you get space to explore more deeply what you need.

We’re here for everyone who wants to grow in personal leadership, better manage stress, or make stronger connections with their environment. Specifically, we also offer support with climate stress, eco-anxiety, and existential questions.

Organizational Consulting

No room for a full custom program? No problem, we’re happy to talk with you about organizing the first movement. We do this with a punch card, where for example green teams can make use of online one-hour sessions. This can be about organizational change, concrete behavior change, or how to deal with (emotional) resistance.
